Running Late?
Please call ahead to notify us. We will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are running really late, please keep in mind we may need to reschedule your appointment to keep our commitment to other clientele.
Allergies?
Please inform a Salon Coordinator of any known allergies.
Satisfied? We guarantee it.
If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please let us know within seven days. We will schedule another appointment at no charge to ensure your satisfaction. Want to try out another member of our staff? Please don't hesitate to inform a Salon Coordinator.
Overbooked?
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Appreciative?
Word of mouth is always the best form of gratuity.
If you choose to tip please give stylist cash or check directly. We can not tip on credit cards.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, personal checks and cash are all accepted at the salon.
