Jose Luis Salon and Boutique is looking for self-driven, organized, energetic and outgoing employees. We take pride in our customer service and the experience our clients have while at Jose Luis Salon and Boutique.
Some responsibilities include:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through implementing front desk policies and procedures.
Book appointments, manage stylist schedules and processing client payments.
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salon Biz software and prior salon/retail experience is preferred but not required
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Customer service focus
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
